“Dance In The Heat”
Word Art: Dance In The Heat
Subtitle: Love Means Something Better Than A Petri Dish Of Power And Filth!
Description:
You are rummaging through a clearance sale bin of rolled up posters, which excites you because you’re allowed to unroll them to see them before buying. Of course, you re-roll the ones you’re done looking at, as it’s chaotic enough in the bit. The store is all, but it’s not thematically traditional, as a matter of speaking. Most posters are fairly tame or generally cool, but more than a handful are pictures of female models that are half naked or nude. As beautiful as the women are, the posters have more shock and allure value than the substantive theming you’d like to ornate your wall with in a meaningful or entertaining way. But, you suddenly come across a poster that makes you blush a little, despite it not being as explicit as the other racy posters. For one thing, the poster isn’t a blown-up photo or a pinup: it’s that of a hand drawn piece depicting a lively scene. Even though it wasn’t a pinup, since two characters were shown, the female character was drawn and posed in a way that still had the attractiveness of a pinup. However, the male character has just as much of a presence as the female character. Despite the fact they’re both wearing fancy clothes, their fit body shapes are emphasized anatomically and there’s a considerable amount of skin shown to convey the sexual expression of the scene further, which is even further emphasized through their dancing poses and the way they’re holding each other. The man has her hand in one of his hands as his other hand is grabbing her behind; and the woman has her free hand touching the bare part of his chest as one of her legs is slightly wrapped around his side. She is staring at him with focused love and desire while he meets her stare with the same love and desire. You can’t help but admire the feminine qualities of the woman and the masculine qualities of the man. It’s a scene filled with sexual energy without being as explicit as other sexual depictions, and the destruction happening around them, teaming with fire and small explosions and broken objects (especially glass objects), make the scene even more hot in mostly the figurative sense. The background is that of a lab that’s in the process of being burned down. Unfortunately the title, subtitle, speech bubbles, and the tag line doesn’t give any context of who these characters are or what franchise/ work they’re attached to. However, you buy the poster with little hesitation, eager to hang it on your wall when you get back home…
Text Bubble One (Woman): They messed with the wrong couple, Darling.
Text Bubble Two (Man): All their brains weren’t smart enough to stop us, Sweetheart.
Tagline (Bottom): The criminal organization of mad scientists witness, first hand, why Love conquers all! It even conquers their perverted pursuits of soulless knowledge!
